The Stakeholders we identified were:
● People (receivers of the COVID vaccines): People need vaccines to control the spreading of the virus.
● Vaccine company (Pfizer-BioNTech): The company will provide the vaccines that will be delivered to the citizens. This includes the professionals developing the vaccines, and the people working in the business section of the company to sell their vaccines to the government.
● US government: This includes federal and state government bodies. The US government is funding and authorizing the project.
● Medical workers: This includes all doctors, nurses, hospital staff etc. The medical workers will rely on a time-efficient vaccine delivery system to support the local region.
● Design team from AAE 251: The team will be behind the design of an effective delivery system for the vaccines.
● CDC: CDC includes officials who will rely heavily on the COVID vaccines delivery system to assist them in their mission to contain the spread of the virus.
● Airport staff: The airport staff would take care of the landing and departures of the UAS.
● FAA: This includes individuals who will have to approve the UAS to be allowed to takeoff and land safely at all US airports.
● ATC: The ATC will be responsible for managing the traffic of the UAS’s with airplanes, and ensuring the safety of air traffic.
